To maintain residency, all individuals must adhere to our core guidelines:
Resident Expectations
• Maintain a clean personal room and contribute to shared household chores.
• Participate in required house meetings.
• Remain entirely substance-free and submit to random screening.
• Work, attend school, or actively seek employment during daytime hours.
Accountability is the core of our program. Residents are expected to actively participate in their own growth and respect the shared community.
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for admission:
Eligibility Requirements
• Be 18 years of age or older with valid identification.
• Complete a comprehensive written application and intake screening.
• Participate in an in-person or virtual intake interview.
• Demonstrate readiness and motivation for structured independent living.
We accept referrals from case managers, social workers, and direct applications from individuals seeking a structured path forward.
Monthly Program Fee Starting at
Simple, predictable program costs
$850
We believe in complete financial transparency. There are no hidden fees or unexpected surcharges during your transition to independence.
Covers a fully furnished room, all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry access, and comprehensive supportive services.
Move-In Requirements
To secure a room, accepted applicants must provide a one-time move-in fee of $100 and a refundable security deposit of $150. We accept money orders, cashier's checks, and secure electronic payments.
All fees are due every First of the month by 11:59pm EST. Automated digital receipts are provided for compliance and tracking.
